Adam Douglas Rose, 27, of Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on March 15, 2026.

Born in Las Vegas on May 27, 1998, Adam grew up with an extraordinary hunger for learning and a deep-seated desire to serve others. These qualities defined every chapter of his life.

Adam graduated in 2017 from the Academy of Finance at Ed W. Clark High School in Las Vegas. He went on to earn dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and International Relations from IE University in Segovia and Madrid, Spain, graduating in July 2023. His thesis, The Caliber Cost Contingency, was published in the IE International Policy Review in January 2026, earning him an Honorable Mention Writers Award.

Drawn to public service, Adam interned in the fall of 2024 with the Office of U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen in Washington, D.C., where he contributed to legislative affairs and constituent services. He most recently worked as a tour guide and fleet dispatcher for a private company at Arlington National Cemetery. He found deep meaning in helping veterans, veterans' families and educating the public about the service and sacrifice of those laid to rest on that hallowed ground.

Adam also served as Secretary for the Nevada State Society, as well a Nevada representative in the National Conference of State Societies, one of the nation's few congressional nonprofit organizations. At just 27 years old, he was elected to its Board of Directors, serving as Secretary and Parliamentarian, which reflected the trust and respect he had earned from his peers in the nation's capital.

Beyond Washington, Adam's impact stretched across the globe. As a Global Admissions Officer and Fellowship Ambassador for the United Nations Millennium Fellowship, he reviewed thousands of international applications and co-developed a Global Mental Health and Self-Care Resource Guide for a network of over 11,000 individuals worldwide. He was one of the first recipients of the United Nations System Staff College Social Impact Prize at IE University (2023) and was inducted into the IE University Hall of Fame (2022).

Adam lived with purpose, compassion, and an unshakable belief in the power of service. He is remembered by all who knew him as someone who made every room, and every life, better for his presence. He is deeply mourned and will never be forgotten.

Adam is survived by his parents, Patrick and Michelle Rose; brother, Davis Rose, as well as grandparents William (Doug) and Patricia Douglas, and extended family.
