Champagne Keomoungkoun, born on February 1, 1969, in Laos, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025, in Silver Spring, Maryland. Throughout her life, Champagne embodied a spirit of adventure and independence. She was strong-willed and stood steadfast in her beliefs, yet she was known for her happiness which radiated brightly to those around her.

For the past 15 years, Champagne dedicated herself to her career as a poker dealer, where her charisma and strategic mind left a lasting impression on many in the gaming community. Beyond her professional pursuits, she was a passionate individual with a love for skiing and biking, often enjoying these activities alongside her beloved sons.

Family was the cornerstone of Champagne's life. She was a proud mother to her three sons: Edward, Alvin, and David Keomoungkhoun. Her love for her family was immense, and she took great pride in their accomplishments and their journey to becoming United States citizens as they immigrated from Laos. This milestone represented not only personal triumphs for them but also a source of pride for Champagne, who cherished her heritage deeply.

Champagne is survived by her loving parents, Liep and Katie Saviengvong, as well as her three sisters, Khiat, Leea, and Nin, who will miss her dearly. Her life was a tapestry woven with threads of resilience, adventure, and unwavering love for her family.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on December 30, 2025, at Carewell Cremations in Fairfax, Virginia, beginning at 9:30 AM, followed by cremation at 11:00 AM. She will forever be remembered for her adventurous spirit, strength, and the profound joy she brought into the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
