IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Daisy Sherita
Landrew
June 13, 1984 – January 7, 2026
Daisy Sherita Landrew, a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend, was born on June 13, 1984, in Mineola, New York. She left us far too soon on January 7, 2026, in Woodbridge, Virginia, leaving behind a profound impact on the hearts of those who knew her.
Daisy’s vibrant personality and leadership qualities shone brightly throughout her life. Known for her love of conversation and her talent for writing, she easily captivated anyone she met. Her career at Dallas Glass in Manassas, Virginia, saw her thrive in customer service, where her warm demeanor and commitment to helping others made her a cherished colleague.
Education was important to Daisy, and she completed her early studies in New York before graduating from Prince William County Public Schools in Virginia. This foundation led her to grow into the remarkable person everyone admired.
Family meant everything to Daisy. Memories shared with her daughter, Shauna Banks, were the highlights of her life. Daisy reveled in spending quality time with her, forging a bond filled with love and laughter. In addition to her daughter, she is survived by her loving mother, Shayna DeBruce; father, Roger Landrew; brothers, Omar Lavender and Derek DeBruce; sister, Erica DeBruce; and maternal grandmother, Bettye Hardy. Each member of her family held a special place in her heart, and together they created a tapestry of memories that will be cherished forever.
In Daisy's free time, she found joy in attending shows and concerts—experiences that brought her immense happiness. She also loved being near water, relishing the soothing effect it had on her spirit. Daisy’s affection for dogs was well-known.
Though our hearts are heavy with the sudden and unexpected loss of Daisy, we find solace in the countless memories of her laughter, her caring nature, and the immense love she had for those around her. Daisy's legacy will continue to live on in the stories shared by her family and friends, and her spirit will remain a guiding light in their lives. She touched so many souls during her time with us and will be greatly missed.
