Darlene Renee Loudin, born on July 26, 1964, departed this life on January 12, 2026, in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Darlene's career spanned various beloved establishments, including the movie theater her father ran, where she cultivated her love for cinema, and later at Silver Diner, where she excelled as a server. Her enthusiastic spirit and love for fun times made her a cherished presence in the lives of her coworkers and customers alike.

Throughout her life, Darlene had an unwavering commitment to living joyfully. Her passion for music and movies resonated deeply in her everyday interactions, allowing her to form connections based on shared interests and laughter. Her vibrant personality touched many, leaving fond memories that will be treasured by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Darlene is survived by her beloved daughter, Tanisha, who carries forward her mother’s spirit and fondness for joy. She is also survived by her siblings Pamela Loudin Grimes, James N Loudin Jr, and Joy Tuller Gras, and Debra Tullar. She is also mourned by her family and friends, including her late mother, Sally Loudin; her late father, James Loudin; her late sister, Linda Barker; and her late great nephew, Christopher Cramer. They join in celebrating her life, cherishing the times they shared and the love she instilled within them.

As we remember Darlene Renee Loudin, we honor her zest for life and the warmth she brought into the world. She will be deeply missed by all who had the grace of knowing such a lovely soul.

The family is having a Celebration of Life service to honor Darlene.
