David Maddox, long time resident of Alexandria, VA, died unexpectedly on January 26, 2024 at the age of 48. David is survived by his mother, Robbye Gutierrez, step-father, William Gutierrez, father, William Maddox, step-mother Charlotte Maddox, sister Jennifer Gray, nieces Victoria Fravel, Isabella Maddox, and nephew Matthew Rodriquez. David was a competitive dancer when he was younger. He was extremely talented and won countless awards and medals for his performances throughout the Woodbridge and Alexandria, VA area. His talent was recognized as far as Las Vegas where he performed at various events.  A funeral service will be planned later this month at the First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach, SC. The Rev Dr. John C. Brearley will officiate.
