Donna R. Hanna, 65, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026, surrounded by some of her closest loved ones.

Born on February 23, 1961, Donna lived a life of kindness, laughter, and a deep love for the people around her. She had an easygoing spirit and a wonderful sense of humor, which left a lasting impression on everyone who were fortunate enough for their lives to be enriched by her friendship.

Donna's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother to Jennifer Brundage and Joseph Merlino Jr., and a proud and loving grandmother to her four grandsons. Few things brought her more happiness than spending time with her grandchildren, who were the joy of her heart.

She found happiness in life's simple pleasures – days at the beach, time spent with family and friends, and the companionship of any dog that crossed her path. Whether sharing a laugh, offering a listening ear, or simply enjoying the company of those she loved, Donna had a way of making every moment brighter.

Along with her children and grandchildren, she is also survived by her parents, Frank and Dolores Hanna whose love, guidance, and support were a constant throughout her life, and by her sister and lifelong best friend, Kelly Arthur, and Kelly's husband, Scott, who shared in so many of her life's treasured memories.

Honoring her wishes, no formal services will be held. Immediate family members will gather privately to celebrate her life. We encourage extended family and friends to honor Donna in their own way – sharing stories, remembering the happy and humorous moments, and keeping her memory alive in their hearts.
