In Loving Memory of Elsa Leonor Rojas

With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Elsa Leonor Rojas, who passed away at the age of 72. Elsa was born and raised in Mexico City, where she grew up with her beloved younger brother, Alberto, and was lovingly raised by their mother. In 1990, Elsa made the courageous decision to come to the United States in search of a better future for her children. Through hard work, determination, and countless sacrifices, she built a life centered on love and opportunity for her family. She worked for 35 years, and anyone who knew her knew how much she loved to work. She was energetic, dependable, and always willing to help others. Elsa's greatest joy was her family. She was a proud mother of five children, a loving grandmother to eleven grandchildren, and a cherished great-grandmother to one great-grandchild. She celebrated every accomplishment and was endlessly proud of the family she helped build. She also treasured her friends and was a wonderful friend herself—kind, loyal, generous, and always ready with a helping hand. She loved to dance, laugh, and bring people together, making every gathering a little brighter. As she prepared for retirement, Elsa was excited to return to Mexico City to begin a new chapter with her daughters in the city she always loved. 

Elsa leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, kindness, and perseverance. She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchild, her beloved brother Alberto, her extended family, dear friends, and everyone whose life she touched.

En Amorosa Memoria de Elsa Leonor Rojas

Con el corazón lleno de tristeza, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Elsa Leonor Rojas, quien partió de este mundo a la edad de 72 años. Elsa nació y creció en la ciudad de Mexico donde pasó su infancia junto a su querido hermano menor, Alberto, y fue criada con mucho amor por su madre. En 1990, Elsa tomó la valiente decisión de venir a los Estados Unidos en busca de un mejor futuro para sus hijos. Con esfuerzo, determinación e innumerables sacrificios, construyó una vida basada en el amor y en brindarles mejores oportunidades a su familia. Trabajó durante 35 años, y todos los que la conocieron sabían cuánto disfrutaba trabajar. Era una mujer enérgica, responsable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar a los demás. La mayor alegría de Elsa era su familia. Fue una orgullosa madre de cinco hijos, una amorosa abuela de once nietos y una querida bisabuela de un bisnieto. Celebraba cada logro de sus seres queridos y se sentía inmensamente orgullosa de la hermosa familia que ayudó a formar. 

También valoraba profundamente a sus amigos y fue una amiga excepcional: amable, leal, generosa y siempre dispuesta a tender una mano. Le encantaba bailar, reír y reunir a las personas, haciendo que cada encuentro fuera más alegre y especial. Al acercarse su jubilación, Elsa estaba muy ilusionada por regresar a Mexico para comenzar una nueva etapa junto a sus hijas, en la ciudad que siempre llevó en su corazón. 

Elsa deja un legado de amor, fortaleza, bondad y perseverancia. Será profundamente extrañada por sus hijos, sus once nietos, su bisnieto, su querido hermano Alberto, su familia, sus entrañables amigos y por todos aquellos que tuvieron la fortuna de conocerla.

Por siempre amada, por siempre recordada y por siempre en nuestros corazones. ❤️
