Eric Atwood Robinson

Eric Atwood Robinson, a respected executive at CoStar Group for over two decades, has passed away at the age of 61 in Alexandria, VA. Eric's life was one filled with love, dedication, and unwavering kindness.

Born in Washington, DC on February 21, 1963, Eric had a remarkable academic and athletic journey. He graduated from Princeton University where he excelled both on the football field and in his studies. His passion for education continued as he became a proud alumni of Gonzaga High School and a dedicated parent to students at Burgundy Farm Country Day School.

Those who knew Eric will remember him for his warm and welcoming personality. He conducted himself with integrity in every aspect of his life, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of crossing his path.

Eric's memory will be cherished by his surviving family: his beloved wife Amy Walsh; his sons Sean and William Robinson; and his brother Keith Robinson and sister-in-law Carolyn Jacobs Robinson. In this time of mourning, may they find solace in the wonderful memories shared with Eric.

Eric was preceded in death by his parents Jewell and Eugene Robinson, as well as his daughter Anna Jewell Robinson. Their spirits now rest peacefully together with Eric.

Throughout his life, Eric created beautiful memories by cherishing moments with his family, serving on the board at Burgundy Farm Country Day School, and attending every sporting event, show, and concert he could. His presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
