Ignacio Nova Jr., 40, passed away peacefully in Brooklyn, New York. Born in Portsmouth, Virginia at the Navy Hospital, Ignacio was known as a kind, respectable, and caring person who loved sports and was always willing to help others, no matter who they were. His generous spirit and warm heart touched many lives and will never be forgotten.

Ignacio will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind his devoted mother, Joyce Ann Hawkins of Woodbridge, Virginia; his beloved daughter, Anastasia Werts of Suffolk, Virginia; his sister, Shena Jefferson of Woodbridge, Virginia; and his cherished niece, London Jefferson of Woodbridge, Virginia.

Though his passing leaves a tremendous void, his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends. May God bless him and grant comfort to those mourning his loss.
