Jeffrey Donovan Titchenell, beloved husband, brother, and friend, passed away on March 29, 2026, in Woodbridge, VA. Born on November 25, 1968, in Georgetown, KY, Jeffrey lived a life marked by warmth, generosity, and an enduring love for his country and those around him.
Jeffrey was a man whose hearty laugh could light up any room, and whose spirit was overflowing with kindness. Known among family and friends for his quick wit and infectious smile, he often had a joke ready to bring joy to others, even in the most challenging times. His unwavering determination and deep conviction shaped a life dedicated not only to hard work but also to a profound sense of responsibility and love for America.
One of the truest reflections of Jeff’s generous heart was shown when, as his strength waned and he could no longer continue his work, he selflessly gave his equipment and clothing to a friend who needed them more. His deep affection for animals was another testament to his gentle nature; they found in him a protector and companion, as much as he found solace in their company.
Jeffrey’s fight against the brutal diseases that ultimately claimed his life was nothing short of courageous. Though his body grew too weak and the battles many, his spirit remained resolute until the end. In his passing, he leaves behind beautiful memories that will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Darlene Adams, his cherished brother, Jack Cooper, and close friends Bill Skollars and Chris Trout. His extended family includes his uncle Mike Titchenell, aunt Sue Titchenell, and cousin Angela Gentry, all of whom held him dearly. Jeffrey’s memory is also carried in love by those who preceded him in passing: his mother, Patricia Titchenell; his father, Les Titchenell; and his uncle, Robert Titchenell
The world has lost a soul rich in laughter, love, and unshakeable resolve. Jeffrey Donovan Titchenell will be remembered not only for the battles he fought but for the kindness and intellect that defined him. His legacy of generosity, humor, and devotion to family, friends, and country will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
