Jenni Rebekah Semenuk

March 29, 1984 — June 15, 2025

Jenni Rebekah Semenuk (Bekah/Bek), a beautiful soul known for her caring, fun-loving, and humorous personality, passed away on June 15, 2025, in Washington, DC, after a brief illness related to Moyamoya disease, which resulted in two strokes and severe sepsis. She was born on March 29, 1984, in Crowley, Louisiana.

Bekah's career as a hairstylist and server/bartender allowed her to bring joy and style to countless lives. Her ability to connect with people and make them feel valued was truly remarkable. Whether crafting the perfect hairstyle or food service experience, she infused every moment with her signature charm and sense of humor. Her laughter was infectious, and her caring nature left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her beloved children, Breanna, Miya, and Isaiah, who were the light of her life. Bekah's love for her children was immeasurable, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Bekah's spirit will live on through the memories created with her family and friends. Though her time on this earth was far too short, her life will resonate in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Bekah now joins her dear departed loved ones: her Mama Jenny, Dad Buff, Granny & Papa, Grandma Clarice, Uncle Keith, her cousin Lil Paul, each of whom will be welcoming her with open arms.

As we all cherish heartfelt memories of Bekah, let us celebrate a life that was as vibrant as her smile and as generous as her heart. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the lives of her children and family.

A Celebration of Life will be planned by her Family at a later date in Crowley, Louisiana.
