Jerome (Jerry) Daryl Fischer sadly passed away September 4, 2026 at the age of 62. Jerry was born at Alexandria Hospital April 25, 1964, the 4th child to Jene and Rita Fischer, both deceased. Jerry was the husband of his first wife Sally Ann Fischer who tragically passed away in May of 1993. Jerry is survived by his two sons Jeff and Niko Fischer, 2 grandchildren Bailey and Max. In addition he leaves behind 3 siblings twin brothers Gene and Dean Fischer and their sister Theresa Parson and nephew Matt who lived with him. His second wife Gretchen and her 3 Children Gretchen Jr. Katherine and Kevin and her granddaughter Morgen who was like a daughter to Jerry. He grew up in the Bucknell area and had many friends. He loved riding his bike and happily pursued the handyman trade locally, eventually becoming a commercial and residential painter for the DOD and government. He moved to Florida in 2005 with his 2 sons, 2nd wife and her children and worked for Disney as well. Eventually moving back to Alexandria after the divorce of his second wife, though married a second time, he truly never stopped loving his first wife Sally. He lived in the home he grew up in until the day of his untimely demise. He will sincerely be missed.
