Judith Gayle Frank, affectionately known as Judy, was born on April 24, 1943, in Tarrytown, New York. She passed away peacefully on November 21, 2024 in Fairfax, Virginia. Judy touched the lives of many during her time on earth, and her legacy will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Judy was the daughter of Doris and George Sullivan, who have preceded her in death. She is remembered by her family, which includes her sisters Barbara Sullivan, Shirley Gross, and Kim Chilton, her brother Glenn Sullivan, and sons Steven and Kevin Frank as well as her many friends.
Throughout her life, Judy was known for her kindness and her willingness to give to others. She will be missed by all who knew her.
