Karen Ann White, born on September 21, 1957, passed away on October 21, 2024. Throughout her life, Karen exemplified dedication and passion, particularly in her career as a hairstylist for an impressive 48 years. She had a profound love for her clients and took great joy in making people feel beautiful. Karen’s unwavering commitment to her craft shone brightly, and her ability to connect with others left an enduring impact on those she served.
Her personality was marked by a fearless spirit; she was never afraid to speak her mind. Karen’s kindness and loyalty were evident in her relationships, and her natural ability to uplift others made her a cherished sister, aunt, friend and confidante.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Karen had a vibrant array of hobbies that brought her immense joy. She absolutely loved Christmas, a time she cherished deeply with her twin sister and family, her passion for crafting led her to many craft fairs with good friends, and enjoyed spending quality time at the beach.
Karen is lovingly remembered by her seven sisters and one brother, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, a host of close friends, and her Snoop dog, all who will carry her memory in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gregory White, her mother Phyllis Tillery, her father Fred Tillery, and her siblings: Pat Owens, James Tillery, Janet Tillery, and Fred Jr. Tillery, Susie Tillery and Karen’s beloved children and pets, Pookie and Gizmo.
While Karen's presence will be sorely missed, her legacy of love, beauty, and kindness will continue to endure through the many lives she touched throughout her enriching journey.
