Leroy Farrow was born September 1962 in Washington DC. At the tender age of 2 weeks old, he was adopted by his loving parents Priscilla and Roy Farrow. He was also raised in Washington DC and attended the Evangel Cathedral church all his life.

Leroy was a high school graduate and attended the University of the District of Columbia where he studied to become a paralegal with dreams of becoming an attorney.

Leroy loved his family, and loved spending time at the library, which he visited very frequently throughout his life. He loved going to the movies, and he was devoted to his parents in their old age, selling his condominium over 10 years ago to move in and care for his elderly mother and he did an awesome job caring for her.

Leroy never got married or had children but he did have a brother, Harvey Farrow that proceeded him in death many years ago.

Leroy leaves to cherish his memory a loving mother, Priscilla Farrow, and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and loving family from both his mother and father's side of the family as well as his neighbors which were family friends.

Leroy was a Christian man and is now resting in the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and will be greatly missed. His memory will live on in those that love him.
