Milton David Reams, 55, passed away on December 4th, 2025, just outside of Baltimore, Maryland.

The third of four children, David was born on March 19th, 1970, in Richmond, Virginia. He was an adventurous child and deeply attached to his mother. As a young boy, he showed a strong interest in racing, using sticks to draw racetracks for his toy cars that he would play with for hours.

David later enjoyed racing cars and riding dirt bikes as a young man. Although he was daring as he matured, he was hardworking and resourceful. Women and children were important to him, especially once he had his own. Gina, his partner for much of his life, gave birth to his daughter, Sierra, when he was 28 years old.

As his daughter grew, he learned and worked in many trades to provide for her. He became a wealth of knowledge and ingenuity. Sandston Services, his most recent business venture, was established in 2017. He went on to grow Sandston Services throughout his later years, completing several commercial projects in Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland. Sierra plans to continue his legacy through a new company named “M D Reams Contracting” in his honor.

When David wasn’t working, he was often watching UFC, facetiming his daughter, or visiting his granddaughters. He was a lifelong fan of the Washington Redskins, an avid listener to political radio, and a lover of sunsets. He recently discovered new interests like riding his bike and eating apples. (He thought he never liked apples until he bought many for his granddaughter, Mila, and enjoyed one himself.)

David is survived by his daughter, Sierra Dawn Reams, and her mother, Gina Marie Reid, his grandchildren, Mila Dawn Keith and Clara Parker Keith, his mother, Betty Joanne Reams, his father, Milton Dailey Reams, his siblings, Kimberly Anne Fulwider, Herman Lee Broadway, and Tammy Lynn Jones, his nephews, Justin Chase Jones, Carson Mitchell Jones, Austin Lee Broadway, and niece, Amanda Hicks.

A celebration of his life will be held at Remnant Church on Saturday, January 24, at 2:00 p.m. All who knew him are welcome.
