Pamela Jane Bolt

Pamela Jane Bolt, 69, of Fairfax passed away on October 1, 2026. Pam was born in McAlester, Oklahoma. She grew up in Texas and New Mexico and graduated from McMurry College, Abilene, Texas. She earned a law degree from the University of Oklahoma and practiced in Oklahoma City before starting a family. The family moved to Fairfax County in 1992.

Pam was pre-deceased by her parents, Marcus and Beverly Barnett, and her brother Mark. Pam is survived by her husband of 45 years, Thomas Bolt; daughters Laura Bolt and Audrey Bolt; and brother Kerry Barnett.

Pam loved greatly and was greatly loved in return. Her friends and neighbors said about her:

“Pam was the kindest, sweetest friend. I was so blessed to have known her.”

“I will always remember her as a kind-hearted neighbor with a gentle smile and joyful spirit.”

“She was the sweetest and kindest person I’ve ever known.”

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
