Pedro Julio Ngoenha, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the age of 70. He is survived by his beloved daughter Erica, grandson Miles, son-in-law Wyn; loving brother Severino and loving sisters, Judite, Anabella, Celia, Hortensia, and Lies. He is also survived by Dalila Sultane, the mother of their child. He was predeceased by his devoted parents Julio and Theresa, and his beloved sisters Maria Angela and Victoria.

Pedro was a fearless adventurer and an eternal optimist who lived boldly and fully. He left his native Mozambique to pursue his dreams in Cuba and eventually the United States. He made friends easily and loved to share his passion for aviation and politics with anyone who would listen. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held in Maputo, Mozambique. Contributions in his memory may be sent to Annunciation Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
