Phil Beazley, 77, loving husband and father of two, passed away peacefully January 25, 2025. Phil was born in Richmond, VA on May 17, 1947. He was an avid reader, is surely still cheering on the Commanders in the afterlife, and loved the outdoors, having made countless day trips to Shenandoah National Park over the last few years. These passions were exceeded only by his love of his family. A loving father and smitten grandfather, he was always quick with a smile, hug, and laughter. 

Phil was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Betty Beazley (d. 2019) and by his parents, Philip and Fannie Beazley.  He is survived by his children Jennifer Nielsen, Sandy Beazley, and grandchildren Jake, Morgan and Devon. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 1st, at the The Publisher Hotel at 711 William Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
