Rae Lynn Lowry, born March 30, 1953, in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, peacefully passed away on April 14, 2026, in Reston, Virginia, at the age of 73. Rae Lynn was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. She is survived by her daughter, Amber Rae Blackburn, her mother, Patricia Ann Porter, and her brother, Bruce Howard Porter. Rae Lynn will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her kindness and warmth will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in eternal peace.
