Regina Ann Laffer ( better known as Reggie )of Rockville, MD passed on Friday May 8, 2026. She is survived by longtime partner Phillip Hall, children Cari French, Cassie Laffer, Wyatt Hall and daughter in heart Torrie Hall. As well as many grandchildren and a beloved Puggle, Winnie.

If you knew Reggie you’d know she was a fighter and she fought to the very end. She loved her family and her puggles. She will be met by her fur babies Sunny and Dusty.  She will be missed down here.
