We lost an old soul when Russ left and he will be sorely missed by the people he touched. He delighted in connecting with others and treasured his faith, friends and family. Though he faced health struggles, his spirit remains in our hearts. When anyone needed help he was the first to step up, generous to a fault with a big heart that couldn't keep him contained any longer. Russ loved birding, photography, hiking, hackey sack, animals, the light shining through ocean waves, thunder storms, movies, reading and puzzling out a problem then solving it with cardboard and duct tape. Russ left us too soon, but he will be at peace now and happy. Russ leaves behind a wife, sister, two nieces, and mother as well as dear friends. Farewell.
