Terence Dewayne Hill

It is with heavy hearts to announce the passing of Terence DeWayne Hill, who departed this life on December 8, 2024, at the age of 61. Born on January 4, 1963, Terence leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished by his daughter, Terianna Atagwe, and her husband, Joel Atagwe. He will also be remembered fondly by Terianna's mother, Cathlene Suiter. Terence leaves behind four beloved sisters: Josephine Quarterman, Permelia Barnette-El, Armentia Parker, and LaShavio Faison. He is survived by two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law, one uncle and two aunts, including 17 nieces and nephews, 57 great-great-great nieces and nephews, along with a host of cousins who enriched his life. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Marguarite Groce; his step-father, Joseph A. Terrell Jr.; and siblings Joseph A. Terrell III, Author L. Groce, and nephew Robert L. Barnette Jr.
