Teresa A. Fasick-King

Teresa Arlene Fasick, 60, of Marshall, Va passed away on Saturday, June 8th, 2024, at Fauquier Hospital. She was born on September 19th, 1963, in Fairfax, Virginia to Donn Frederick and Mary Gingell Fasick. 

Teresa was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother, and Nana. She dedicated her life to supporting and loving her husband through their many years together, raising five children and helping raise her six grandchildren, creating memories and lessons for a lifetime. She enjoyed animals, creating space for dogs, cats, pigs, goats, chickens, a turkey, and would get so excited when a black bear would roam through her yard. Teresa worked hard, fought hard, and loved even harder. She spoke her mind and let you know what she was thinking, but never mean-spirited. She was a woman who will be loved, missed and remembered by many.

Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, Donn and Mary, her sister Kay Moore, her brother Donn Jr., and her husband Fitzgerald King Sr.. She is survived by her children - Ashley, Natalie, Victoria (Warren), Fitzgerald King Jr. (Michael), and Riley King; her grandchildren - Joe, Jackson, Elise, Aiden, Annabelle, and Braxton; her Sister-in-law, Evelyn King and Son-in-law, Michael Jacques; her sisters and brother - Diana Hartman (Tom), Linda McGuinn (Michael), Carol Woolman, Lori Cowen (Scott), and Tom Fasick as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Her family will be planning a “Celebration of Life” for early to mid September 2024 for any friends and family should they want to attend. Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
