Vance Joseph Hill, 59 of Frederick, MD passed away on September 9, 2025 in Frederick, Maryland. He was born May 30, 1966 in Silver Spring, MD to the late Nicholas "Allen" Hill and the late Celine B Hill.

Vance never married or had any children.  He is survived by four siblings.

Vance loved his best friend Renny, a Miniature Australian Shepherd dog who passed in 2012.  He enjoyed working with plants.
