Born on March 5, 1939, in Washington, D.C., Bill lived a life marked by quiet strength, steadfast compassion, and unwavering kindness toward all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Bill spent much of his adult life working in the field of information technology, where he earned the respect of colleagues through his dedication, integrity, and strong work ethic. Just as deeply, he was cherished for his gentle spirit, humility, and warmth.

A soft-spoken man of faith, Bill loved God, country, those closest to him, and the music that brought him joy—especially jazz, with a particular fondness for Boney James.

Above all, Bill cherished time spent with the people he loved. To be his friend was to be welcomed as family. His life leaves behind a legacy of warmth, goodwill, and quiet generosity that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
